Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance on Wednesday raided properties of assistant engineer of PH Division-1 in Baripada, Baneswar Naik, on allegation of possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of India.
Simultaneous searches are being conducted at five places in Mayurbhanj district by a team led by two additional SPs, three DSPs, seven inspectors, one SI, seven ASI and other staff.
1. Residential triple-storey building of spouse of Naik at Raghunathpur village
2. Residential double-storey building of Naik at Talanda
3. His house at native village at Talanda
4. House of his relative at Manitri village
5. Office room of Naik at Baripada
