Bhubaneswar: Bishnupada Sethi, a 1995-batch IAS officer, on Monday took charge as Principal Secretary of Social Security and
Empowerment of PwDs Department.
Emphasising on transparency and commitment, Sethi said that successful implementation of verious programmes should be on priority mode of the department and officers must ensure good governance and peoples’ welfare.
Senior officers of the department greeted and briefed him on different activities and welfare interventions of the department. Special Secretary and all the Additional Secretaries of the Departmet were present.
