Bhubaneswar: As many as five soldiers were killed in Thursday’s Poonch terror attack.

The People’s Anti-Fascist Front (PAFF), which claimed responsibility for the ambush of two vehicles of Indian Army, released pictures from the attack site and weapons on social media.

As per PAFF, sophisticated US-made M4 carbine assault rifles were used in the attack.

M4 carbine is a lightweight, gas-operated, magazine-fed carbine developed in the US during the 1980s. The primary infantry weapon of US Armed Forces, M4 carbine rifles have been adopted by more than 80 countries, reported India Today.

The M4 is designed for close-quarters combat and is very manoeuvrable. It is also accurate, reliable, and well-suited for a variety of combat situations, making it a popular choice for military and law enforcement personnel.
