He also enquired about the progress of other projects in the district including mega piped water supply, roads and bridges and health infrastructure.
During his interaction with students of colleges of Puri in the Nua-O programme, 5T chairman said there are several role models from the district who studied in government schools and colleges. They have achieved success because of hard work and determination.

He also interacted with Sebayats, trustee members and public for holistic development of the temples along with better facility for the devotees and took suggestions on various aspects of transformation of the temples and its development. He directed the district administration to prepare a master plan for development of these temples.

Pandian visited Ranpur CHC to review the progress of the Ama Hospital and the new 30-bed hospital building where he interacted with the Doctors, staff, patients and attendants.

On learning that the area had produced some international players like Roshan Minz who was also present during the interaction, Pandian apprised chief minister of the potential for hockey in the district. As he requested for opening a hockey training centre with astro turf in the area, the chief minister immediately directed the Sports department to sanction funds for the purpose.
In order to promote young and talented players, the Odisha government will set up a hockey training centre in Deogarh district.

Then, he went to Kansar Ashram School, which has been transformed under 5T initiative of the government and interacted with the students and teachers.
Pandian attended public grievance meetings at Parposi in Tileibani block and Chhatabar in Reamal block. From there he proceeded to Ballam under Barkote block for interaction with members of Mission Shakti, MBKs, Bank Mitras, CRPs and local public and heard their grievances.
