An official notification in this regard has been issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department.

Tarai, an OAS officer, earlier served as Special Secretary in Revenue and Disaster Management Department.

In August, Inspector General of Registration in Cuttack Jyoti Prakash Das was given additional charge as BSE President following the appointment of his predecessor and 2010-batch IAS officer Ramashis Hazra as Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services.

A total of 5,51,611 students will appear in the annual examination, which will be conducted at 2991 centres across the state from February 20 to March 4. The process to rectify photo and other details began on December 14 and will continue till February 21, the board had said.

In a first, AI cameras will be installed in strong rooms, DEO office and examination halls for monitoring the exams. A command room with 7-8 persons will also be set up for operation of the AI cameras, it added.

The evaluation is set to commence from March 15 and will be completed within 12 days.

The Board of Secondary Education (BSE),Odisha is expected to announce the Odisha Board Matric (Class 10) result 2022 in the first week of July.

While Speaking to media persons in Bhubaneswar on Saturday, School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash informed that all the process for evaluation has been completed and and next process of tabulation and other works are undergoing and the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) is likely declare the results of High School Certificate (HSC) examinations 2022 in first week of July.

It can be noted that the matriculation examination this year was conducted between April 29 and May 7, 2022. Over 5 lakh students had enrolled for the matriculaton examination. And the evaluation of examination’s answer sheets had started on May 21.

To check and download the BSE Odisha Matric results, candidates will need to visit the official website bseodisha.ac.in. and have to enter their login credentials- roll number and date of birth. Last year, the BSE had announced the results of Matric examinations on June 25 and this year this it will be late by around 10 days then the previous year.
