The Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) has got a new Additional Administration and Odisha State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation (OMFED) a new Managing Director as part of the reshuffle

As per a notification of the General Administration & Public Grievance department, Director of Export Promotion and Marketing (DEPM) BImalendu Ray has been allowed to remain in additional charge of OMFED MD.

Additional District Magistrate (ADM) of Puri Pradip Kumar Sahu has been transferred and posted as Additional Administrator of SJTA.

Similarly, Sambalpur ADM Pradeep Kumar Sahoo has been posted as additional secretary in Agriculture and FE department, while Bargarh ADM Pabitra Behera has been posted as Balangir ADM.

Bhabani Prasad Mishra, joint secretary in Fisheries and ARD department, has been posted as Commissioner of Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) on foreign service terms and conditions.

Similarly, Sambit Kumar Rout, additional commissioner in BeMC with additional charge of secretary BeDA, has been posted as settlement officer, Ganjam-Koraput major settlement, Berhampur.

Sarat Chandra Behera, joint secretary in Odisha sub-ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has been posted as Puri ADM, while Balangir ADM Mahendra Mohapatra has been Bargarh ADM.

Likewise, Ramesh Hanshda, additional commissioner in BeMC, has been posted as secretary, BeDA on foreign service terms and conditions, while Sambit Kumar Garnayak, Land Officer in IDCO, was posted Sambalpur ADM.

Hemasagar Bhoi additional sub-collector of Kuchinda in Sambalpur district, has been posted as sub-collector, Kuchinda, while Durjyodhan Bhoi, BDO of Papadahandi, has been posted as sub-divisional magnstrate in Kuchinda in Sambalpur district, the notification stated.

Sources said that the transfer of joint secretary in the Higher Education department, Dhirendranath Kar to Nayagarh as ADM has been cancelled.

According to a notification issued by the General Administration department on Friday, senior OAS officer and Jharsuguda ADM Lankeswar Amat has been transferred and posted as the ADM of Kalinganagar.

Similarly, joint commissioner of Cuttack Municipal Corporation (SMC) Anita Patra has been posted as Jagatsinghpur ADM.

Deputy collector of Keonjhar Ramachandra Kisku has been posted as the administrative officer of Keonjhar Government Medical College and Hospital, while Basant Kumar Sethi has been posted as the executive officer of Keonjhar Municipality.

Similarly, Trilochan Mohanty has been posted as the deputy collector of Keonjhar, while Ipsita Priyadarshini Mishra has been posted as the joint commissioner of CMC and Sudhanshu Kumar Bhoin posted as the project director of Ganjam district urban development authority (DUDA).

Pallabi Nayak has been posted as the joint commissioner of Rourkela Municipal Corporation, while Suraj Kmar Patnaik was transferred to Sonepur as deputy collector.

Similarly, block development officer (BDO) of Hinjilikatu in Ganjam district, Subrat Kumar Jena has been posted as the administrative officer in the office of the CDMO in Berhampur, while Amit Sarkar has been posted as the ADM of Koraput and Madhusmita Samantray was posted as the executive officer of Baripada Municipality.

“These OAS officers along with officers transferred vide Notifications/Office order No. (1) 32707 dated 12.09.2023 and (2) 36495 dated 13.10.2023 along with all previous orders of this Department who are yet to be relieved are hereby centrally relieved with effect from 21/10/2023 A.N so as to enable them to join in their new place of posting on or before 25.10.2023 positively keeping in view of the commencement of Special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Roll with effect from 27.10.2023,” the Revenue and Disaster Management department said in a notification on October 21.

On September 12, the government shifted 295 OAS officer and effected a minor bureaucratic reshuffle and transferred Rural Development department Special Secretary Sudarsan Parida as Secretary of Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC) in Bhubaneswar, a day later. Another 14 officers were given new postings on September 27. New postings were assigned to 4 More OAS Officers earlier this month.

An official notification has been issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department in this regard.

>> Shesadev Mishra, Sub-Collector, Kandhamal is transferred and posted as Settlement Officer, Dhenkanal-Keonjhar Major Settlement, Dhenkanal.

>> Ranjan Kumar Jena, Sub-Collector, Banki, is transferred and posted as OSD, Bhubaneswar Development Authority, Bhubaneswar on foreign service terms & conditions.

>> Jyoti Sankar Ray, Sub-Collector, Bhanjanagar UoT as Sub Collector, Kendrapada, is now posted as Sub-Collector, Kandhamal.
