He reviewed the progress of some other important projects like construction of Fish Landing Centre at a cost of Rs. 35 Cr at Kalupadaghat in Tangi and Sorana in Chilika, construction of New CHC at a cost of Rs. 7 Cr in Banpur, Construction of Biju Patnaik Indoor Stadium at a cost of Rs 12 Cr at Banpur and Balugaon. These projects would be completed in phases from August 2023 onwards.

Later, he interacted with Mission Shakti Groups at Khordha and assured them all support from the government for their activities. He also reviewed the progress of the Water Supply Projects at a cost of Rs. 16 Cr to Balugaon NAC and Banpur NAC which would commence soon. This project would solve the water supply issues in both the NACs.

Pandian informed the public regarding the sanction of Construction of Nirakarpur Fly Over Bridge at a cost of Rs. 58 Cr in Tangi Block and Construction of new 132/33 KV Grid Substation at a cost of Rs. 52 Cr at Bolgarh which would commence soon. This would mitigate the low voltage issue in Bolgarh and Begunia Block.

During the day, he participated in the Public Grievance Meetings at Begunia, Khordha and Banpur. He interacted with the public regarding their grievances. He also reviewed some important projects – the progress of Construction of 04 Lane Carriageway Road Corridor Project at a cost of Rs.82 cr in Belpahar and Brajrajnagar for transportation of coal from Brajrajnagar coal fields, the progress of construction of RoB at a cost of Rs.41 cr in Sarbahal for Jharsuguda town.

Pandian reviewed the progress of ongoing mega piped water supply schemes at a cost of Rs.1258 Crores in Athagarh, Tigiria, Tangi Choudwar, Narsinghpur, Baramba, Mahanga and Nischintakoili blocks; The projects will be operationalised in phases from Jan 2024 onwards. He directed the officials to ensure the completion within the timelines.

He discussed the development of the Dhabaleswar Temple of Athagarh, the Bhattarika Temple of Baramba, Pragalapitha Temple of Narsinghpur. He directed the administration to consult the temple committee and local people while preparing the DPR for temple development. The focus will be on the development of facilities for the pilgrims.

He visited CHC Hospital and Dialysis Centre at Narsinghpur and interacted with the Doctors, staff, patients and attendants for its further development.

He informed them about the Chief Minister sanctioning Rs. 63 Crores for the inclusion of all Colleges of Cuttack District under the 5T transformation project. He motivated the students to set their goals high and work hard to realise their dreams and assured them of all support from the State Govt.
