Reportedly, Sara Ali Khan who was supposed to work with the Heropanti actor in his upcoming flick Hero No 1 will not be a part of the film. In her place, Disha Patani will romance Tiger in the movie. The news was confirmed by filmmaker Jagan Shakti.

Elaborating on the same to ET Times, Jagan Shakti said that Sara Ali Khan was definitely a part of the film but unfortunately, their dates could not match and she had to leave the project. According to the director, Disha Patani is the fittest and perfect opposite of Tiger Shroff when it comes to doing action. Hero No.1 is a two-heroine movie and will also star Hrithik Roshan ’s cousin Pashmina Roshan.

Pashmina will be playing the main role of Tiger’s love interest. There have been speculations that the movie is a remake of Govinda and David Dhawan’s hit film by the same name. However, Jagan Shakti has confirmed that it is a standalone film and is not a sequel or remake of Govinda’s Hero No. 1 which is being bankrolled by Jackky Bhagnani.

The shooting will start from January 2024 onwards in London. Reportedly, Tiger Shroff has already shot for an action sequence and now Disha and Pashmina will join him to complete the rest of the scenes next year. Tiger Shroff has a three-movie deal with Bhagnani Production. The first one was Ganapath which also featured Kriti Sanon and was a big disaster at the box office.

The second collaboration will be Bade Miyan Chote Miyan starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. The lead actors have already started shooting for the same. And Hero No. 1 will be the third collaboration between Tiger and Bhagnani Productions.
