Bhubaneswar: Hockey India has partnered with private players to supply clean and safe drinking water to hockey spectators at hockey stadiums during World Cup events.
Using its cutting-edge water-from-air technology, the company will supply drinking water in the stadiums in Bhubaneshwar and Rourkela. Dilip Tirkey, the president of Hockey India, said: “Water is an integral part of any sport, and since millions of people follow sports, we at Hockey India are proud to appoint an official supplier of water from the air to everyone present at the stadium during the FIH Odisha Hockey’s Men’s World Cup-2023.”
The business will set up its numerous water-producing goods, each of which has a 6000-liter capacity. To help users utilise these devices, members of the company’s technical team and trained workers will be on site. The FIH Hockey World Cup will be held in Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar and Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium in Rourkela from January 13 to January 29.
